Arbutus unedo, also known as the Strawberry Tree or Irish Strawberry Tree, is an evergreen shrub or small tree native to the Mediterranean region and Western Europe. This unique plant is valued for its stunning appearance and edible fruit, producing bell-shaped white flowers and red berries at the same time during the autumn. Despite its name, it is not related to the common strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa). It is perfect for anyone looking for an ornamental tree that also provides delicious fruit.

The Strawberry Tree is a medium-sized evergreen, typically growing to a height of 5–10 meters, but under ideal conditions, it can reach up to 15 meters.
