Shipping & Delivery Information
We currently ship to member states of the European Union.
All orders are dispatched from the European Union via registered air mail and require a signature upon delivery.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to all delivery terms stated below.
📦 Tracking & Communication
Tracking information is available in your account under Order History > Details once the order is shipped.
Customers will receive automated email notifications regarding order status.
IMPORTANT:
Our email system is fully operational. Failure to receive emails is the responsibility of the customer (spam filters, provider restrictions, etc.).
👉 Customers must ensure they can receive emails from us.
We do not provide manual tracking assistance. Customers must use their tracking number independently via:
- Aftership
- 17Track
- Posta.hr (for RGxxxxxxHR formats)
⚠️ Strict Delivery Conditions
- Cash on delivery is NOT available
- A valid phone number with country code is mandatory
- Orders to P.O. Boxes are strictly prohibited
- The recipient MUST be available to sign for the package
- Parcels cannot be redirected to neighbors or third parties
❗ Any violation of the above conditions releases us from all liability.
⚖️ Customer Responsibility (Legal Obligation)
By placing an order, the customer confirms:
- The product is legal to import into their country
- Full compliance with all local laws and regulations
- Acceptance of all customs duties, VAT, and additional charges
👉 We are NOT responsible for customs delays, fees, or seizures.
📬 Delivery Liability Disclaimer
Once the shipment has been handed over to the postal service:
- Delivery time is no longer under our control
- We are NOT responsible for delays caused by postal services
- We are NOT responsible for lost, delayed, or mishandled packages
Customers must contact their local post office directly for any delivery issues.
❗ Returned Shipments Policy (Strict)
If a package is returned due to:
- Failure to collect
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable
- Postal service issues
👉 The customer MUST pay full shipping costs again for reshipment.
No exceptions. No partial refunds.

- Dispatch: 1–7 business days
- Faster processing only (NOT guaranteed faster delivery)
Standard Delivery
- Dispatch: 7–10 business days
- Economy option
Secured Delivery
- Dispatch: 1–7 business days
- Available for orders up to €150
- Compensation ONLY in case of confirmed lost shipment

- Member states of the European Union: 3–20 days
Delivery times are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to holidays, customs procedures, or external factors beyond our control.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
⏰ Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday only.
No processing or shipping on weekends or holidays.

Payment Rules:
- Order reference MUST be included in the payment description
- Payments without reference may not be processed
- Orders unpaid after 5 days are automatically cancelled

- Payments are accepted in EUR only
