Aji Panca Peruvian Black Chile Powder je suvi, dimljeni prah napravljen od tradicionalnog peruanskog čilija ají panca. 🌶️ Ima bogat, blago dimljen i voćno-slatkast ukus. Nije veoma ljut — daje aromu, boju i dubinu jelu bez jakog peckanja. Idealno je za supe, čorbe, marinade, prelive, salate i prženje povrća. 🍲🥗

Prah se lako koristi. Dodaj ½ do 1 kašičicu po porciji za suptilan ukus. Za intenzivniji ton, povećaš količinu. U marinadama, pomešan sa limunom i uljem, daje fantastičan balans. 🍋🫒 U sosovima i džemovima za meso pojačava karamelizovane note. Za vegetarijanske recepte, podiže složenost bez ubijanja prirodnog ukusa povrća. 🌿
