🌽 Green Sweetcorn Seeds Oaxacan Green produce a rare maize variety from southern Mexico. These Oaxacan green corn seeds come from traditional Zapotec agriculture. The corn has been grown in Oaxaca for many generations.
This historic crop is a well-known traditional Zapotec corn. Farmers have cultivated this corn for centuries. Today gardeners grow it as part of the preservation of heirloom seeds and traditional maize varieties.
Plants grown from Green Sweetcorn Seeds Oaxacan Green grow strong and tall. Most plants reach about 2–2.2 meters (around 7 feet) in height. The plants produce several large ears during the season.
The cobs grow to about 25 cm (10 inches) long. Mature kernels develop a striking green color. This makes the plant a beautiful jade green corn variety in the garden.
