Stripe (Recommended): Our preferred payment method for the fastest processing. Securely pay with your Credit or Debit card. There are no additional fees or commissions for this payment method.
PayPal: Secure payment via your PayPal account or linked cards.
Bank Transfer: Manual payment via direct bank transfer. Orders are processed only after funds are cleared.
Security: We do not store or have access to your sensitive financial data.
3. Shipping and Delivery 📦
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1.10 business days.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
4. Refund and Return Policy

Living Product Rule: Due to the nature of seeds as a living product, opened packets are strictly non.refundable.
Return Shipping: Costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5.10 business days after inspection.
5. Claims and Mandatory Video Evidence
Unboxing Video: For any claim regarding missing or damaged items, it is mandatory to provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the unopened package.
No Video, No Claim: We will not consider any claims or provide replacements without clear video evidence.
6. Intellectual Property
All descriptions, product images, and digital content on this site are our property. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability & Growing Disclaimer
Biological Nature: Seeds are natural biological organisms. Their performance is subject to countless variables beyond human control, including but not limited to: windborne diseases, soil pathogens, pest insects, and unpredictable weather patterns.
Absolute Exclusion of Liability: The seller shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the seeds, including crop failure or loss of expected profit.
No Guarantee of Outcome: Any information provided regarding yield, height, or flowering time is based on historical averages and does not constitute a guarantee of future performance.
Storage Responsibility: Once delivered, the buyer is solely responsible for maintaining seeds in a cool, dry, and dark environment. We are not liable for diminished viability due to improper storage.
8. Product Nature and Germination Disclaimer
Living Organisms: Seeds are living products. For successful results, they require ideal conditions for germination, including specific temperature ranges (typically 20.25°C for most species), consistent moisture, appropriate soil quality, and correct sowing depth.
Buyer Responsibility: The seller is not responsible for the buyer's sowing methods, environmental factors, or lack of gardening experience. Successful growth depends entirely on the care provided after delivery.
Mandatory Agreement: If you do not agree with these terms regarding the nature of seeds and the limits of our liability, Seeds Shop Store kindly asks you not to place an order.
Legal Use: The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the cultivation of selected varieties complies with local laws.
