Once fully ripe, it turns a vibrant light red. The peppers grow to be about 10–12 cm long, with a thickness that makes them ideal for both culinary use and industrial processing. 🌱
This early-maturing variety is perfect for growers who want a high-yielding pepper that is ready in just 115–118 days. Hot Monika peppers produce a significant yield, ranging from 36 to 43 tons per hectare. Harvesting can occur 5–6 times per season, making it a highly productive pepper plant for commercial growers.
